Nature Energy Solutions Ltd., a company owned by Shakhmurat Mutalip, has acquired a 39.3% stake in ERG from Patokh Chodiev (18.6%) and the heirs of Alexander Machkevitch (20.7%)
All ERG enterprises continue to operate as usual. The changes to ERG’s shareholding structure are intended to further strengthen the Group’s business resilience, enhance the effectiveness of corporate governance, and support the implementation of ERG’s long-term development strategy.
These changes do not affect the Group’s day-to-day operations, the execution of its production programmes, or the fulfilment of its obligations to employees, partners, and government authorities.
