With more than 25 years of comprehensive expertise in managing complex, large-scale real estate projects from feasibility to delivery, De Bloudts brings exceptional strategic vision and technical leadership to accelerate JLL’s growth ambitions in the region.
A foundation built on excellence
Gaëtan De Bloudts joins JLL from Immobel, where he has served as Technical Director since October 2018, directing several landmark property developments. His responsibilities spanned the full project lifecycle, from feasibility analysis and permitting through cost control and commissioning. Previously, he served as Project Director at Les Entreprises Louis De Waele, where he supervised the construction of the Nouvel Institut Jules Bordet, an 80,000 sqm state-of-the-art hospital center in Brussels. His international experience includes managing the complete renovation of Khalifa International Stadium in Qatar with Six Construct and overseeing construction of the Grand Egyptian Museum with BESIX in Egypt.

Driving growth and innovation across Belux
In his new role, De Bloudts will lead and coordinate business development activities across the Belux Project & Development Services team, with a strategic focus on expanding opportunities in office, hotel, and mixed-use developments. He will collaborate closely with JLL’s Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets and Work Dynamics teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
