Exclusive new Business Class menu on the Luxembourg–Dubai route from October 2025.

Luxair continues to collaborate with some of the greatest culinary talents from the Greater Region, offering passengers a taste of excellence in the air. This season, the airline proudly continues that journey by teaming up with Michelin-starred Chef Benoît Potdevin, from the acclaimed restaurant Le K at Domaine de la Klauss (France).

Starting 11 October, 2025 and running until May 2026, Business Class passengers travelling between Luxembourg and Dubai will be treated to an exclusive menu that transforms in-flight dining into an experience of its own.

Chef Potdevin’s creations are a celebration of refined French gastronomy. Each menu begins with a delicate, flavourful starter, followed by a carefully composed main course or an elegant vegetarian alternative. The experience concludes with an indulgent dessert, a sweet finale designed to make the journey as memorable as the destination.

Awarded his first Michelin star in 2024 for Le K, Chef Potdevin brings the same precision, creativity, and respect for ingredients that have earned him critical acclaim on the ground, now adapted to the unique
environment of the skies.

“Travel is about discovery – of places, cultures, and flavours,” says Benoît Potdevin. “For this menu, I wanted to create a journey that begins on board: refined, seasonal, and surprising, so that each passenger feels the joy of discovery before they even arrive in Dubai.”

“Luxair’s ambition is to continuously elevate the travel experience for our customers,” says Thomas Fischer, Chief Commercial Officer at Luxair. “Partnering with a Michelin-starred chef of Benoît Potdevin’s calibre demonstrates our commitment to excellence and our passion for showcasing the best of our region.”

For Luxair, this partnership represents more than just a new chapter on the Dubai route: it is a promise to offer passengers not simply a flight, but a journey where every detail counts. Travellers can take
advantage of this exclusive menu on Luxair’s direct flights between Luxembourg and Dubai, departing on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with return flights to Luxembourg on Thursdays and Sundays.
